When I was in Washington recently, I shared my views on mobile banking with the World Bank’s AgriFin initiative. AgriFin is a special initiative to strengthen the capacity of financial institutions on agriculture finance. The initiative is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and managed by the World Bank.
